Raymond grinders of the two models are mainly designed to grind the following non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with the hardness below Scale 7 of Moh's and the moisture content below 6%, such as: quartzite, feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, rare-earth, marble, potter's clay, bauxite, manganese-ore, iron-ore, copper-ore, phosphate-ore, ferric-oxide (red), slag, limestone, cement-grog, active-carbon, dolomite, granite, garnet, ferrica-oxide (yellow), bean cake, chemical fertilizer, compound fertilizer, soft-coal, cooking coal, brown coal, magnetite, gold-mine, red-earth, clay-mineral, kaolin, coke, gangue, porcelain-clay, kyanite, fluorspar, rhyolite, pyrophyllite, shale, amethyst, basalt, plaster-stone, graphite, thermal insulation materials, etc.
Due to their wide range of applications, the grinders are well received in the industries of metallurgy, building materials, chemical, and mining for powder producing and processing.
The diameters of powder-products can be adjusted, as required for various used, in the range from 0.125 mm to 0.044mm (or in the fineness from 100 to 325 mesh).
Structure:
A set of R-series raymond mill consists of the grinder, separator, pipe-device, blower, jaw crusher, bucker elevator, electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, and electronic- control system. (detailed in the illustrating-diagram for installation attached
Operation principle:
Firstly, raw material should be crushed by the jaw crusher to the size specified, then the crushed stuff is elevated into a reserve-bucket from which the stuff is loaded, through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. After this, the ground stuff are carried by the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powders are blow into the separator for screening. The fine powders are blew into the cyclone collector and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products and rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The set's airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under the condition of negative and positive pressure.
